Every tool a connected assistant can call. This list is read live from the server, so it always matches what Viva actually allows. What a connection sees also depends on the permissions it was given.
Read changes nothing. Makes changes needs the "Make changes" permission. Approves sending can email real people and needs its own permission. May use credits stops to ask before spending.
